We help people come back to Harper City.
Finding a family house, renting somewhere to stay, building from the ground up, or making something of land that has sat untouched for years.
Most of the people we speak to are not in Liberia.
They are in Providence, Manchester, Toronto, Hamburg. They have a house in Harper their grandmother lived in, or land from a father, or a plan to build something one day. What they do not have is somebody on the ground.
That is the whole job. We are in Harper. We can walk to the plot, photograph the boundary wall, sit with the county office, meet the contractor, and tell you honestly what a thing costs before you send money for it.
Distance is the problem we solve. Everything else — the rentals, the house models, the land, the farming advice — comes out of that.
